Aksaaya Ayurveda Wellness Spa (“Aksaaya”) maintains a strict but fair cancellation and refundpolicy for all online bookings made via aksaaya.com.
Appointment Cancellations
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice (No-Show) will result in 100% of the booking amount being charged.
Refund Policy
• Refunds apply only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Once a service or treatment has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method via PayHere.
• Refund processing may take 7–14 working days depending on the bank or card issuer.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened session times while full charges apply.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or rescheduling under exceptional circumstances may be considered at management
discretion.
