About the Course
Our Preliminary Course in Ayurveda gives an introduction to the ancient healing method covering basic concepts of Ayurveda and practical application of Ayurveda in day to day life.
- Understanding on practical application of principals of Ayurveda in day to day life
- Both Practical and Theoretical Knowledge with engaging class room sessions.
- 21hrs of class room lectures & 9hrs of practical
- 2hrs of Ayurvedic Treatments
- 2 days of field visit to botanical garden, Ayurveda hospital and pharmacy.
- Total of 9 days spanning over a 4 week period.
- Examination at the end of course to evaluate your knowledge & a certification.
